Submission

Abstract and paper submissions are available via the sub-menus to the right. (Abstract submission is now closed)

Procedure

The submission is a 4 step, fairly self explaining procedure. You will be asked for author names, contact information, affiliations etc. You are also asked to fill in 2 PACS numbers and 4 keywords describing your work. The abstract should have a length of 100 to 250 words. Tables and graphics are not accepted, but Latex macros can be used if necessary via the editor in the submission system. Submissions can be made in the categories listed below. Both the broad main categories (Capital letters) as well as specific sub categories can be used. Sub categories correspond to already planned structured sessions, and further categories might be established depending on actual submissions. If you have been invited to participate in a given structured session, we kindly ask that you indicate that session as the area of your submission.

Review

Submitted abstracts will be peer reviewed, and all corresponding authors will receive an e-mail with the result of the review. Upon accept from the reviewers you will have to submit a 4 page conference paper.

Paper submission

Guidelines for paper submission are available via the sub-menu to the right.

Copyright

With the submission of a manuscript, and if a manuscript is accepted for publication, the author(s) agree to the exclusive transfer of the copyright to the publisher and the EAA until expiry of the copyright. The transfer of the copyright explicitly includes the right to produce electronic versions and the right for electronic storage in databases as well as the right to reproduce and publish such versions offline without any extra remuneration.
